    At eInvest, we use two unit registries for our various different active ETFs. Please choose and follow the correct contact details and proceedures for the active ETF you are invested in. If you are invested in more than one of our Active ETFs, please check the proceedures for both Funds, as you may find that it could differ.

    Can I reinvest my distributions?

    Yes. We offer a distribution re-investment plan (DRP) for all our funds. Participation in the DRP is subject to the terms and conditions of the DRP policy document.

    You can choose to:

    • participate in the DRP, meaning all distributions from the relevant Fund will be reinvested in additional Units in the Fund; or
    • have the distributions paid directly to a nominated Australian bank, building society or credit union account.

    Full or partial reinvestment will be available. Holders can elect to participate in the DRP by submitting a form available here or from the Unit Registrar, OneVue. OneVue can be contacted on 1300 011 088 or via email [email protected]

    All our active ETFs pay distributions throughout the year. You can either participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) or elect to have your distributions paid into your bank account.

    Whilst many clients do nominate their preferred distribution method, some clients do not. If you don’t tell us your preferred option, no worries. We will automatically reinvest the distribution into your account with us until you let us know of any change.

    If you do not nominate your preferred distribution method or have selected to pay your distribution into a bank account and have not provided us with sufficient details to allow us to make the payment (such as your bank account details), this will be taken to be a direction to reinvest your distributions and participate in the DRP.     You can change your preferred distribution method in the eInvest active ETFs at any time by contacting OneVue via completing the Change of Details Form. Please send the form to OneVue, here.

    What happens if I can’t find my HIN?

    The HIN is the unique identification number given to Broker Sponsored Investors in relation to their CHESS holdings.

    The Holder Identification Number (HIN) covers the Investor’s holdings in one or more listed companies. The HIN should be quoted when orders are placed, as well as in all correspondence with brokers and registries.

    Investors may deal with more than one broker and will be given a separate HIN.

    The HIN number has the following components:

    • Prefix of the letter “X”
    • An eleven digit number, which identifies the Investor’s holdings in all Issuers, maintained through one broker.

    For example, X0000012345.
